Sprout is a platform that allows users to capture and share memories, connect with people through Circles, discover real stories from around the world, and manage their profiles.

By using Sprout, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. Where consent is required by applicable law, we will seek your consent for the relevant processing activities.

We collect information that is necessary to provide, maintain, and improve Sprout’s features and services. Depending on how you register and use the App, this may include:

• Account and profile details such as your name, email address, mobile number, profile name, and profile photograph.
• Content you choose to upload or create, including photos, videos, titles, captions, comments, and reactions.
• Information about Circles, memberships, invitations, and memories you associate with them.
• Technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as account identifiers, timestamps, app events, error information, and diagnostic logs, where generated.

The information processed depends on the features you use and the technical configuration of Sprout.

We use information to create and manage accounts, authenticate users, display profiles, store and organize memories, operate Circles and Discover, enable comments and reactions, support account linking where available, provide account-related communications, maintain security and performance, investigate misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not use personal information for purposes unrelated to the services described here without an appropriate legal basis or consent where required.

You can create memories and associate them with Circles. Content shared within a Circle may be accessible to members who have permission to view that Circle’s content.

Memories designated as public may appear in Discover and may be viewable by other Sprout users. Consider what you share publicly. Other users may capture, copy, or retain content they can view.
